Ingredients: For 2-4 Servings
• 5-6 Thai chili peppers (add more or less to desired spice level)
• 1 garlic clove
• 1 tsp sugar
• ½ cup of tomatoes (sliced or halved)
• 1 tbsp of lime juice (adjust to taste)
• 4 Tbsp Black Gold Padaek Sauce
• 2 cups of shredded green papaya
• MSG (optional)
• Fish Sauce (optional)
Directions:
Add Thai chili peppers, garlic and sugar to mortar and mash until it becomes a paste. Add tomatoes and gently mash to extract juice for 3-5 seconds. Add lime juice, Black Gold Padaek Sauce and shredded papaya to mortar. Gently mash and fold ingredients together. Serve and ENJOY!
